Hi,
I'm Charles, I go by evg2000 on the forums.
I picked up a CV a few years ago, did a simple video mod so I could use it on a composite monitor. Unfortunately the joysticks don't work well.
I hope to work on a couple of hardware projects for the CV later this year, so I'm hoping to get some info from users here:)
A couple of HW projects I've done are a paddle controllers for the INTV, the Intellipaddle and one for the Colecovision. I sold some of the INTV versions, then created a simpler version that I then open sourced. If you are interested here is the github:

thanks for letting me join the group!

Hi Charles,
Welcome aboard. Lots of us here are hardware hackers, so you're in good company. My latest project (waiting fof the PCBs to arrive) is a Colecovision replacement controller as a single PCB in a more modern form factor.
The joysticks on the CV were always the weak point. There's a HUGE thread here where a bunch of us battled them and came up with solutions. My ugly hack is presented here.
I tried visiting yourr github link, but the link is 404, and I couldn't find the controllers from the parent.
Look forward to seeing what you design!

Sorry @cheshirenoir,
I posted the link to my original version of the controller, it's a private repository. I've updated the link in my first comment.
