OK fixed I hope. Tomorrow I'll try printing my own...

Re: Case for the Megacart
I would suggest the cart shell to be a little bit smaller than the original. If a couple of mm smaller it will fit, if bigger due to tolerances in production, it will be a problem.

Well the fit is good! It probably needs another mounting screw near the front, or some other way of holding the shell together...
I'll print the back shell tomorrow then try assembling to see how well it holds together... Chesh

Well, after 5 hours of printing, the base part completely failed
I'll try again on Sunday I guess

Re: Case for the Megacart
OK so I finally got a print of the base.
I made a few tweaks for ease of printing and the like so if you have an older version of the cartridge I'd suggest re-downloading it from the Github
It's not brilliant, but as far as I can tell, that's more a limitation of my printer. I reckon I'm pushing it about as far as it can go.
It does, however show that the current version on Github should work as intended. The rest comes down to limitations of your printer I suspect.
(For the record, I'm printing on a Resin printer, an Anycubic Photon Zero. The print bed is too small to print this flat so I have to print it end on, which raises so many complications I haven't yet worked out how to resolve.)
Not perfect, but I'm happy I have a case
