Thank you for accepting me.
I'm from Oulu, Finland (yes up in the North). My history goes back in '85 when we got Salora Manager as a Christmas present with my brother. It was our first computer - we were hoping to get Vic 20 (it was popular back then), but luckily those were ran out and they offered either C64 or Salora Manager...
Instead of C64 we got Salora Manager, which in fact is way more cool looking than bulk C64. Of course shortly I felt like having such a game collection like C64 would be nice, but instead of new computer I started learning some basic-coding. Which I then continued later on with MSX and Amiga.
I believe without Salora Manager, I might have chosen my career little bit differently - now I'm making my career on software business.
Anyway just lately discovered our Salora from '85 - which I though was broken (broken keyboard). So I noticed another Salora at Flea-market and bought that with Floppy drive. Powered it up and then decided to try our '85 original device, and as a surprise it's also working.
I also bough myself Salora Fellow and now waiting for joysticks to arrive (original ones got broken quite quickly). Still have lots of games from '85 (7 module games and 2 cassette). Attached the picture, our 'own' '85 Salora with new Floppy Drive and fresh Salora Fellow.

Re: Greetings from Oulu, Finland
Hi you are very welcome to the forum - and what a lovely story. In some ways it reminds me of how I got my C64 from my father - it was incredibly expensive in Italy in 1984-1985. And I started programming BASIC there and in many ways it influenced my life.
In relation to the joysticks - I hope you can find original Salora Manager joysticks because they have TWO independent buttons - unlike the typical Atari/Commodore joysticks that have one only button. However, in the meantime you can use an Atari/Commodore joystick because the ports are the same. Just the 2nd button will be missing.

If you need manuals - find the PDFs here: https://www.madrigaldesign.it/creativem ... re.php#hw2
And downloadable software (cassettes) here: https://www.madrigaldesign.it/creativem ... hp#l2001_1
